The 2014 Kitbash Christmas Gift Guide

Hello Kitbashers! We are officially in the second week of the Christmas season. If you are anything like me, you’re just now starting to think about the list of gifts you have to buy. We wanted to make your holiday shopping a bit easier by giving you our top picks in three price categories: Under $100, $100-$250, and Over $250.

< $100 - Apple TV ($99)
I buy all my movies through iTunes now, so my family watches movies and netflix through the Apple TV. Also it lets you share from your iPhone, iPad and iPod to the TV.

$100 – $250 - Fitbit Charge ($129.95)
I am a fan of the $99 Fitbit flex but this one looks to be a good improvement over the basic Flex.

> $250 - Livestock ($350)
Yep you read that right. Not to make you feel guilty but for the price of a XboxOne you can buy a farm animal for a family.

BONUS: For grins and and giggles, a handmade coat that costs $36,975.

< $100 - J. L. Lawson & Co. Brass Top ($64)
A one of a kind solid brass top. 1″ in diameter. Hand turned from a solid brass bar. Tops may vary slightly because they are manually machined. A gift that will last generations.

$100 – $250 - Marmot Ajax Jacket ($150)
This lightweight jacket is filled with warm and compressible 600-fill-power down treated to be water resistant.

> $250 - Celestron Computerized Telescope ($289)
This telescope can automatically locate over 4,000 celestial objects with the push of a button. An easy and amazing way to view the night sky.

< $100 - Moleskines & Pens ($29.95)
I’m constantly making lists (and checking them twice) and taking notes. I also like to doodle and write songs from time to time so these come in handy for all of my thoughts.

$100 – $250 - Crosley X UO AV Room Portable USB Vinyl Record Player ($160)

I have a small record collection. These look cool for playing records. Hopefully, they sound good too.

> $250 - The Official Michael Jackson Opus - Leather Bound ($350)

Because who doesn’t love the King of Pop! You don’t have to be as obsessed with MJ as I am, but if you don’t love him, we can’t be friends.

< $100 - Nimble Wallet ($15)
Easy, fast and flexible. Not terms we usually use to describe our wallets. Until now.

$100 – $250 - Ring Doorbell ($199)
Check who is at your front door on your iPhone.

> $250 - Lined Short Cruiser Jacket from Filson ($295)
Something that I can pass down to my grandkids.

Happy Shopping!
